On the night, Evoke Kitchens’ Ambassador Chef John Whelan of The Devil’s Menu in Graiguenamanagh will cook up a festive feast in his own Evoke Kitchen using Siemens studioLine appliances, and he’ll show you how to re-create the mouth-watering Christmas dishes at home, regardless of what appliances you use. We’ll also have some fabulous wine pairing suggestions from the experts in World Wide Wines.
