‘July Stimulus’ – over €1m Funding for WIT to offer a range of free/high subsidised courses starting in January

WIT has won over €1m funding to offer 84 places on one-year full-time masters courses and 233 places on shorter ‘modular provision’ courses under the Government’s ‘July Stimulus’ initiative.

The courses will all open for applications on 20th November and will all begin in late January 2021.

The full-time taught postgraduate courses include Masters in Business, Computing and Engineering. They are fully-funded for Returners while Employed, Formerly Self-Employed and Recent Graduates pay just 10% of the course fee.

The shorter ‘Modular Provision’ courses are fully-funded for Unemployed, people on PUP and Returners, while the Employed and recent Graduates pay 10% of the normal fee. They include courses in Science, Education, Computing, Business & Administration including Social Enterprise Management.
