The free course aims to inform the Lead Worker Representative of their role and responsibilities under the Return to Work Safety Protocol in line with recommendations from the Government, HSE, HSA and other relevant authoritative bodies.

With downloadable resources built into the course content, this enables the learner to access information, checklists and materials relevant to support the role of Lead Worker Representative even after the course is complete. This course takes approximately 90 minutes to complete.
