As a result of the worldwide COVID-19 situation a lot of us will find ourselves working from home, away from our usual workstations that are set up to reduce the risk of injury. LCE’s Managing Director and leading Ergonomist Ita Leyden has put together a brief video that employers can use to forward to their employees who are working from home.
The video can be customised for each company and gives advice on what can be done at home to reduce the risk of aches and strains. We all sincerely hope that this is a very temporary arrangement in light of recent news. Stay safe.
