Waterford Hockey Club formal ball and charity auction

Waterford Hockey Club is organising a formal ball and charity auction on Friday, 17th April at Dooleys Hotel.

The ball is primarily a social occasion when WHC members (over 18), parents and friends can sign off on the season with a good night out. However, it is also an opportunity to give back to the community and make our club more accessible and more relatable. So for that reason, we are going to host a fundraising auction and split proceeds with The Solas Centre (www.solascentre.ie ). Most of us have been touched or know someone who has been touched by cancer.

Tickets are on sale from Dooley’s hotel or from 11 to 12 every Sunday morning during Academy hockey in Newtown school.
