What’s On at Theatre Royal

Theatre Royal Spring Season

Andrew Maxwell

On Thursday 13th February Andrew Maxwell will take to the stage at the Theatre Royal with his brand-new show ‘All Talk’

As always, Andrew will be taking on the tough political subjects some comedians just skirt around and giving you his hysterical yet perfectly thought-out point of view every time. Mix this with some of his personal stories over the last year and the people who made him laugh, you’re in for, as always, a fantastic show that never lets his audiences down.

Starts @ 8 p.m. Tickets: €23 from Box Office or theatreroyal.ie

EDDI READER

Celebrating 40 years as a live performer, Eddi Reader will perform at Theatre Royal Waterford on Sunday 15th February @ 8pm.

Though first brought into the limelight as front woman for Fairground Attraction, who’s #1 single, Perfect and parent album, First of a Million Kisses, both topped the British charts, it was Eddi’s subsequent solo albums that signaled her ability to assimilate different musical styles and make them very much her own. Notably, The Songs of Robert Burns (2003) is a timeless interpretation showcasing the poems of Scotland’s national bard and gained her an MBE for outstanding contributions to the arts.
