Smovey Health Launch Night

Smovey Health would like to invite you to their LAUNCH NIGHT
Tuesday 7th January 7pm – 8pm in their new studio Unit 13 Seapoint, Riverstown Business Park, Tramore, Waterford.
After 4 years in business we are delighted to be moving into our new studio where along with our 5 qualified coaches we will offer a variety of Smovey Health & fitness classes, courses and training’s for people of all ages and fitness levels within the local community.
Some of the classes being scheduled include
- Smovey for active retired
- Smovey for beginners/ intermediate
- SMOGA – mixture of Smovey and yoga for all levels
- Chair SMOGA – chair yoga incorporating Smovey
- SmoveyWALKS – group walks with smoveys
- SmoveyPOWER HIIT Class
- SmoveyPOWER fitness class
- Neurological disorders movement class
- One on one classes
- Massage treatments
- And many more
On the night you will be able to see around our new studio, meet our coaches, hear about the new classes and courses, try out smoveyMED, see our new timetable, be the first to reserve your place on the new classes, receive vouchers.
