Education Vs Experience Infographic: Which is more important?

Recently, Matrix Recruitment launched the results from their Education Vs. Experience survey. Whilst some of the findings had been anticipated, many more were quite surprising. One of which was that only 46% of Ireland’s graduates are in jobs unrelated to their qualifications. Which do you think is more important – Education or Experience?
