Spraoi Lunch Fest

Eleven Spraoi performers are set to bring smiles back to city centre streets on Sunday next (5th). The Lunch Fest show is timed to add magic, humour, colour and weirdness as lunchtime shoppers and diners sample Waterford city centre retail and hospitality attractions for the first time in weeks.
“There’s always a natural buzz around at lunchtime,” says Spraoi Director T.V. Honan. “We thought it would be cool if we added another layer of energy and we wanted to do it at a time when our city centre friends were re-opening.”
All the performers involved are solo and mobile acts. They will stroll from location to location without audiences gathering to see them. “It’s a safe way of reuniting artists and audiences,“ added T.V. Honan.
Lunch Fest is a three-day mini-tour that will also visit Wexford and Dungarvan. Spraoi is supported by Waterford City and County Council and the Lunch Fest Tour is supported by The Arts Council.
